    By accessing or using SoulBloom (the “App”), published by SoulBloom, a French company registered at 123 Rue de Paris, 75001 Paris, France, with SIRET number 12345678900012, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  2. Description of the Service

    SoulBloom is an AI-powered application designed to help users relax through empathetic chatbot conversations and daily validating quotes. Not a Therapy Service: SoulBloom is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or emergency support. If you need professional help, please seek appropriate services.

  3. User Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  4. User Data and Consent for Processing

    By using SoulBloom, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data, including your name, email address, and conversation data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data is used to:

    • Personalize your chatbot interactions and daily quotes.
    • Improve the App’s functionality and AI performance through aggregated, anonymized data analysis.
    • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

    Your conversation data is encrypted and stored securely in EU-based Firebase servers. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account, as described in Section 7. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  5. User Responsibilities

    When using SoulBloom, you agree to:

    • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure any data you submit (e.g., name, email) is correct and up to date.
    • Lawful Use: Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to harassing others or breaching intellectual property rights.
    • Respect the Service: Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App’s functionality.

  6. Disclaimers

    • No Professional Advice: SoulBloom is not a replacement for professional therapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
    • AI Limitations: While we strive for accurate and empathetic responses, no guarantees are made about the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

  7. Account Termination

    • User-Initiated Deletion: You may delete your account at any time using the in-app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and conversation history are permanently removed from our servers, and your consent for data processing is withdrawn.
    • Termination for Breach: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or our service.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by French law, SoulBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in France, you may have certain statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms, and any dispute arising from or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location of our registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
